Wanted for Middle island counterfeit currency

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who passed counterfeit currency at a Middle Island business.

A man passed five counterfeit $50 bills to obtain an electronic transfer of $250 to his Cash App account on October 31 at 7-Eleven, located at 813 Middle Country Road in Middle Island.
