Wandering EDP found next to fire station in Glen Oaks to pee

A wandering EDP was walking around the fire station on Union Turnpike and 255th Street to find a spot to pee. Despite complaints from community residents living in Glen Oaks, EDP seen around are out patients from Creedmoor. Local politicians have turned a blind eye due to Mayor di Blasio standing firm of all people have rights in NYC regardless of health and etc. Residents calls 911 but the EDP are usually picked up by staff working for NYS Office of Mental Health.
