Walking out while flipping burgers made a nationwide attention

Last Thursday, fast food workers walked out to protest minimum wage across major cities in the USA. It made attention to President Obama and he drafted a bill to raise the federal minimum wage to $10.10 by 2016. However, Republicans blocked the bill but seven states went ahead to raise the minimum wage. \
