Wait till community leaders gets ass beating

The NYC mayor's office announced a new initiative from the NYPD. Anyone arrested for attacking either Asian or blacks mainly, if that is IF not classified as hate crime, then community leaders will be notified. The selected community leaders will review the scenario as an alternative perspective. This is under Hate Crime Review Panel with 5 different races from selected so called community leaders. One from each communities of black, Asian, Jewish, LGBTQ and Muslim. A report will be made by the community leaders after analyzing and then back to the NYPD where the arrest and crime occurred. Then the report will be forwarded to the district attorney's office. The community leaders will get free refreshments only and no salaries but name recognition for elections if they are interested. A portion of the NYPD's budget will cut for community leaders to partake. However, if the community leaders are attacked by the criminals based on their report, then NYPD will classify as assault with no bails. ENJOY.
