Violent EDP blocking traffic on Union Turnpike

Police, EMS and ESU are on Union Turnpike and Surrey Place by 179th Street reporting an EDP. The EDP is violent and harassing people at the bus stop. Now reporting its the same EDP known for pooping in Glen Oaks. Traffic delays in both directions. The rage occurred when a commuter waiting for a bus taunted the EDP.
