Victim robbed while followed in Bayside

Police reported a victim was robbed at knifepoint in Bayside. The incident was reported this morning around 4:30am on 223rd Street near Northern Blvd and Cross Island Parkway. The victim resisted during the incident and was injured. The suspect, male, black took off toward eastbound Northern Blvd. EMS treated the victim at the scene.

So far no arrests.
