Victim robbed on Northern Blvd by 13 year old

Police reported a suspect, male, Hispanic, 13 year old robbed a victim at knife point on Northern Blvd and 108 Street in Corona. The suspect is dark complexion, wearing a red sweater with yellow writing. The victim refused medical attention. Ongoing investigation. Police advised this incident is frequent on Northern Blvd in the same vicinity.
