Vehicle collision with fatalities in Queens and Long Island

Police reported one dead after a vehicle accident in Whitestone. It happened on Christmas Eve before midnight at Willets point Blvd under Throgs Neck Bridge.

For Long Island, police reported one dead with multiple injuries in Islip, Suffolk County. It happened on Christmas Day around 2:45pm on Union Blvd. An 18 year old driver is in custody.

A 21 year old male has been struck by a vehicle in Roslyn, Nassau County. A 24 year old male driver taken into custody for DWI. It happened on Christmas Eve around 11:30pm on Mineola Blvd. The male struck by the vehicle is in critical condition.
