Vehicle accident with one flipped in Elmont

Around 11:30am this early afternoon, Elmont Road was closed by the cemetery near Hempstead Turnpike reporting a vehicle accident with one overturned.

ESU worked to remove all trapped inside the vehicle.

EMS transported the injured to local hospitals.

By 1pm, the road was cleared.

The incident is under investigation.
