Unprovoked robberies continue to rise in Queens

Police were called to high volume of unprovoked robberies in Queens. The latest was on 101st Street and 91st Avenue in Woodhave by three suspects on a scooter and another on a bicycle around midnight.

Another robbery in the vicinity of 97th Avenue and 93rd Street by two suspects, males, 17 and 18.

Sunnyside reported afternoon robbery. This is in the vicinity of Woodside Avenue and 61st Street by two suspects in a drive by robbery.

Another afternoon robbery in the vicinity of Metropolitan Avenue and 69th Street.

Police released surveillance pictures of two suspects wanted for armed robberies in Flushing. The first incident was reported on February 23 in the vicinity of 38th Avenue and 142nd Street. The same victim was robbed again on March 14 in the same area.
