US Census reported house seat loss and gain

As per Census Apportionment Data, the following states are expected to lose 1 seat in the Congress. California, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and NY. The NY Congressional seat is lost by 89 people short of count from the Census data. This seat will be announced soon. At the same time, the following states gained new seats. Texas gained 2 seats. Colorado, Florida, Montana, Oregon and North Carolina each gained 1 seat.
