Two separate home invasion in Queens under investigation

Today early morning police reported a home invasion in Sunnyside. This is on 43rd Avenue near 39th Place apartment that occurred around 1:30am. The male was followed and then pushed his way through the apartment by two suspects. From there, they tied up the victim and pistol whipped. Then took off with personal items.

On July 23, a female victim was attacked after two suspects posing as cops looking for the boyfriend after kicking the door down. It happened around 1am on Woodhaven Blvd and Doran Avenue in Glendale. Once inside the female was handcuffed and then took off with over $10K from inside. Police reported the suspects took off in a Ford Mustang. Police released a surveillance picture of one of the suspects.

Both incidents are under investigation.
