Two plus two is four permits filed around Queens

The NYC Dept of Building is under review with more permits coming in for main roads to have more floors two above from the current two that's from the ground not including the cellar.

Roosevelt Avenues in numero uno with permits filing back and forth so fast the city can't keep up.

Next comes Hillside Avenue followed by Jamaica Avenue where existing owners of the properties want to keep it in their ownership but extend it under a mixed use building. The extension is mainly for apartments with each unit having a minimum of eight.

The Mayor's Office is pleased with the result claiming it's all part of the City of Yes movement.

There are no demolitions but add, add, add from above to the direction of the sky. Permits are legally bound to approve under city's enforcement unless community oppose in large group.
