Two brothers died after fatal vehicular accident in New Hyde Park

Police reported fatal vehicular accident on Northern State Parkway eastbound at Exit 26S ramp to New Hyde Park Road. It happened on July 19 around 2:30am. Police reported the driver identified as Djeffry Louis, 26 of Rosedale was speeding his vehicle, Nissan Sentra when the exit approached, lost control in the woods and slammed toward the adjacent building at 3111 New Hyde Park Road killing him instantly. His brother, Jonathan Louis, 21 also died after the impact. New York State Police request that anyone who may have seen the crash contact State Police Farmingdale at (631) 756-3300.
