Two Queens Village residents arrested for tampering odometer to sell used cars in Pennsylvania

Chaim Gali, 40 of Queens Village and his brother Shumel, 42 of Israel along with John Triculy, 40 also of Queens Village were arrested on Tuesday, January 6 and charged on January 15 with 15 count indictments.
