Traffic delays on the LIE westbound

Long Island Expressway westbound at the Grand Central Parkway Exit, multiple vehicle accident with injuries. This is involving a tractor trailer. Delays are back to the Nassau County line. Police, EMS, FDNY and ESU are on the scene. Heavy delays all around including eastbound due to onlookers.
