Traffic advisory around Flushing Meadows Corona Park

Starting tomorrow, Flushing Meadows Corona Park will host the Governor's Ball. The event will start around 12pm and continue until night time. Then more programs are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.

Now it's in the 15th year, the large scale music festival was started as a small one day event at Governor's Island and then people started recognizing having it at a larger venue. Flushing Meadows Corona Park is one of the largest public parks that's convenient with traffic for out of towners coming by cars. This is the third year at the same park.

More than 50,000 people are expected to attend the three day event.
