Traffic Crash Victims Bill of Rights introduced

The NYS member of Assembly and Senate are reviewing the new proposal, Traffic Crash Victims Bill of Rights introduced today. The proposal was brought forth by Families for Safe Streets, The proposal has not been drafted into legislature after several politicians questions of drivers with full coverage. The proposal would only act against drivers without full coverage due to strong insurance law. Most people can't afford full coverage. Due to insurance loopholes, most politicians are opting out of the proposal but its a lengthy process for some who are considering to work on it. Also insurance companies continue to lobby for stronger advantage to their match. Lobbying is a legal term used to "bribe" politicians same as donations for campaigns.
