Time Warner and AT T has setup wi fi in NYC parks

AT&T is free while Time Warner is limited but free for their own customers. Verizon is not available at the moment. For Time Warner, its three free 10 minutes every 30 days or purchase a 99 cent a day pass through 12am with a credit card when accessing in the park.
