Three men busted with guns after shots fired at Roosevelt Field Mall

The NCPD reports the arrest of three men for an incident that occurred on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 12:55 AM in East Garden City.

According to Detectives, Third Precinct Officers responded to a call for possible shots fired in front of 630 Old Country Road. Upon police arrival, a description of the vehicle was obtained. Responding officers observed a vehicle fitting the description traveling northbound on Glen Cove Road near the entrance to the Northern State Parkway. Officers activated their emergency lights and performed a Vehicle and Traffic Law stop at that location. After a thorough investigation three handguns were recovered and all three occupants, Raynold Jean-Pierre, 21, of Uniondale, Eric Molina, 22 of Uniondale and Ziear Lacoude-Miller, 22, of Shirley were placed into police custody without incident. No injuries were reported.

All three defendants are charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm. They will be arraigned on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead. (From NCPD)
