Three days in a row on SSP eastbound

Southern State Parkway has two lanes closed due to unauthorized truck. This is after the Cross Island Parkway and Belt Parkway merger. Yesterday a truck was on the same parkway by westbound near Central Avenue Exit. Heavy delays all around.
