Three Off duty NYPD arrested for DWI and charged

Jose Vanderpool, 30 was caught driving on a one way street on 32nd Avenue in Jackson Heights this morning at 4:30am. Vanderpool refused a Breathalyzer test but he wasn't sober after few tests made by the arresting officer.\
