Three Gouverneur individuals arrested for criminal trespass

On August 2, 2026, the New York State Police arrested Natalie L. Miller, age 24, Karen L. Strothman, age 45, and Arthur W. Strothman, age 42, all of Gouverneur, for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.

On August 1, 2026, at approximately 10:57 p.m., troopers responded to County Route 25 in the town of Russell for a reported burglary.

An investigation determined that Miller was a former resident of the residence and had personal property remaining inside. Miller no longer resided at the residence and did not have permission to enter the property.

Further investigation determined that Miller, Karen L. Strothman, and Arthur W. Strothman entered the residence without permission and removed some of Miller’s personal belongings.
