The property, 48-17 Little Neck Parkway near Northern Blvd in Little Neck is heading for auction.
The 608 square feet property has been curious to many residents and local passers on Little Neck Parkway. 
The auction will be head on October 19 at 10am in Queens Supreme Court, 89-17 Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica.
