Test trace and isolate

The new government program spearheaded by Governor Cuomo in NY for coronavirus is test, trace and isolate. The focus will be hard hit areas where testing is conducted. If the person is positive, then the tracer will work to identify the people in contact with. The government will arrange a place for isolation until recovery. At the moment, Mike Bloomberg is working with Cuomo after $10 million in place. The state is hiring tracers by recruitment at SUNY and CUNY for candidates. Cuomo did not outline details of this program including how much budget will be allotted.
