Temporary delay issued in NY on flavored e cig ban

On Thursday, The NY Appellate Court issued temporary restraining order against the enforcement of the ban of flavored e-cigarettes.

The ban law is scheduled to take effect on Friday, October 4.

The unanimous decision was granted to Vapor Technology Association, Benevolent ELiquids and Perfection Vapes after filing the protest.

The hearing will continue until a decision is made soon.
