Teen ran out after assault in Glen Oaks

Police, EMS and NYS Office of Mental Health were on Commonwealth Blvd at 76th Avenue in Glen Oaks reporting a teen ran out of children's center after assault incident. The teen suffered injuries after locating at the corner and was brought back to the children's center next door for further investigation.
