Teen arrested for multiple burglaries at Roosevelt Field Mall

Police arrested Narshaun Hall, 19 of Hempstead and charged with multiple burglaries and weapon possession in East Garden City. The incident happened on April 17 around 3:30am. According to detectives, a security guard for Roosevelt Field Mall, located at 630 Old Country Road, East Garden City was monitoring surveillance cameras when he observed an unknown subject entering several unauthorized areas of the mall during non-business hours. Police were alerted and a short time later a male subject matching the one seen in surveillance footage was found walking in the parking lot. He was stopped and identified as defendant Naeshaun Hall, 19, of Hempstead and placed into custody without incident. A further investigation revealed he was in possession of a ski mask, a kitchen knife and a large sum of US currency that was taken from multiple stores inside the Roosevelt Field Mall. Police believe he had accomplices as chopper was hovering above in the night to early morning conducting investigation.
