Teen injured after riding on top of subway in queens

A 16-year-old was injured after riding on top of a subway car in Queens, according to the NYPD.

The teenager was found on an F train platform with leg injuries Saturday around 8:52 p.m. at the Briarwood Subway station, according to police.

He had been riding on top of a northbound F train then fell off as the train pulled into the station, police said.
