Teacher at Our Lady of Snows filed lawsuit for wrongful termination

Andrea Pume, 34 who was working as a teacher at Our Lady of Snows in Floral Park filed a wrongful termination accusing the school she was fired for being single. The case was filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court. The allegation also reported the teacher also went out on dates with a father of a former student. The principal of the school Joseph Venticinque denied the allegations but according to the Diocese of Brooklyn that oversees the church administration, Puma violated the rule of inappropriate behavior with a married man whose student attended the school. Puma is suing both school and Diocese of Brooklyn for unspecified damage.
