Teacher at MS 172 get to keep his job after finding guilty

James Rampulla Jr, 44 is a teacher at MS 172 and now suspended without pay for Fall 2014 but can continue to teach despite protests from parents and principal for inappropriate behavior with a 14 year old student. \
