Suspects in custody after search in Bellerose

The NCPD reported three suspects in custody after a search in Bellerose. One suspect who took off in cuffs is not in custody yet.

The incident was reported on July 31 around 4am on the corner of Jericho Turnpike and Commonwealth Blvd.

Two of the suspects were staying at the local hotel when the accomplice along with two others came to visit.

Police tracked their vehicle to the intersection after pursuit when all ran out until one was apprehended. Shortly the suspect took off with one hand cuffed. He is still at large.

As of yesterday, there were two burglary incidents in Bellerose and police won't disclose the details.
