Suspect wanted for targeting seniors with jewelry in NYC

Police released photo of a suspect wanted for stealing women's jewelry in NYC. The alleged suspect has been identified as Ezequiel Ortiz, 34 by NYPD. Eight victims from 66 to 94 females were targeted from Flushing, Harlem, Bronx and Bushwick between May 30 and July 22. The suspect approached victims to clean the jewelry, asking them to take off and snatch the jewelry. Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
