Suspect wanted for sex attack in Flushing

Last night after midnight, a female victim was sexually assaulted in Flushing. This is on Main Street and Dahlia Avenue by the Queens Botanical Garden. Police are on a manhunt for the suspect, male, Hispanic, in the 40's from the victim's description.

EMS transported the victim to a local hospital.

This is the second incident in the same vicinity after two weeks back, a teen was involved in a sex attack that sparked anger from the residents. The migrant suspect was arrested and remanded last week after investigation.

After the arrest, police were not patrolling the area since the local elected officials supported the defund NYPD movement with the far left.

Now police are back on the manhunt for the suspect. Residents are advised to remain alert.
