Suspect wanted for mastrubating in front of a woman inside E train

Police released photo of the suspect wanted for sexual incident inside E train heading to Jamaica. The incident was reported on January 24 around 8:45am when a suspect was standing next to a woman combing his hair. Then sat next to the victim and started rubbing his private parts. The victim moved away when the suspect started mastrubating. The victim managed to capture the photo before alerting police. Ongoing investigation.
