Suspect wanted for attempted kidnapping on Hillside Avenue

Police released video of a suspect wanted for attempted kidnapping. The incident was reported on July 15 around 8pm on Hillside Avenue by 117th Street in Richmond Hill. The mother managed to retrieve the 5 year old from the window and the suspect took off with the vehicle. Ongoing investigation.
