Suspect in custody for fondling a 13 year old twice inside subway in Queens and Manhattan

Police confirmed the arrest of a suspect wanted for fondling a 13 year old female victim twice on two separate occasions while riding the train.

The first incident happened on February 12 aroud 7:15am inside 7 train heading to Manhattan near Queensboro Plaza. in Queens.

The second incident happened on February 19 around 7:15am inside 5 train nearing 86th Street subway station in Manhattan. Both times, the suspect walked up to the victim and touched her private area inappropriately.

The suspect was picked up after anonymous tip came in from social media posted by police.
