Suspect charged with rape in Bellerose

Police reported rape in Bellerose. The incident was reported on September 4 around 3pm at a location on 87th Avenue and 241 Street. The Queens DA's office reported it was 3rd degree rape.

The victim told parents resulting a family member in custody. The investigation continues.
