Suspect arrested for pepper spraying two people inside E train

Police arrested Dasheen Simpkins, 24 and charged with reckless endangerment, weapon possession and other charges inside E train that was heading to Queens from Manhattan. Simpkins allegedly used pepper spray on a 10 year old female and another adult female inside on Saturday, August 6 around 12:20pm. The 10 year old girl's mother was with her and reported to police. When the train stopped at 46th Street in Astoria, police took Simpkins into custody. This is his 26th arrest. He is held on bail with $35,000.
