Summer Streets announced for NYC at gulps to close to 400 million

The NYC Mayor's Office announced Summer Streets. A yearly celebration of open streets for the public to walk, play or bike on select Saturdays. This program will cost the taxpayers $385 million. Just $385 million for all to take a break at any announced rest stops to enjoy those "free" activities.

Best one, it all starts at 7am early morning so for those couch potatoes, this is a great opportunity to exercise.

It's healthy and there are no cars or fumes to breathe.
