Subway rider wanted for assault

WANTED ASSAULT: On 6/6/23 @ 6:55 PM @NYPD44PCT vicinity of Grand Concourse & 167 St station the unknown individual was inappropriately touching himself while making sexually explicit comments to the victim. The victim took her phone out to record & was punched in the face.
