Stores nationwide removing romaine lettuce after food poisoning

Nationwide USA stores are all pulling out romaine lettuce and all kinds of lettuce after food poisoning outbreak.

More than 30 people landed in the hospital from 11 states after reports of E. coli outbreak.

Although the outbreak is not serious or contagious, health officials are warning the toxins can cause illness.
