Stella is heading to sanctuary

Today, a loose cow was found wandering in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The NYC Park Rangers managed to grab the cow and named her Stella. She will be taken to an animal sanctuary, Skylands Sanctuary & Animal Rescue from getting killed for meat for hungry humans. Stella will join other animals who escaped slaughterhouses. Others are not so lucky and end up for human consumption.
