State of emergency expires tomorrow

The NY governor stated the state of emergency since March 2020 expires tomorrow and will not renew. However, CDC guidelines will still be in effect from social distancing to masks for unvaxxies. There will be no more daily updates on the unaudited data on vaxx such as positive cases now that the primary is over. No new charts and graphs to make people say oh my so sad. Details of emergency powers were not disclosed but stated masks in health care sectors, public transit and local MAY also continue with mandates. What the mandate means is that private sectors can refuse entry for individuals without masks even if vaxxed but not public sectors. With primary over and people looking forward to summer, people don't have to follow the emperor for guidelines or the mayor to decide whether to eat free Krispy Kreme for rona shots.
