State is all smiles for Nassau side Floral Park soon to expand

UBS Arena, Belmont Racetrack, Hotels, Shopping Center and so much more.

With not much opposition from locals in the Nassau County side of Floral Park within 1.5 miles range of LIRR which is state jurisdiction, the next one to hit the market to please developers is the long office complex on Jericho Turnpike near Tulip Avenue.

The entire lot is on the market and the asking price is a bargain of $5 million, that's $182.70 per square feet with 49% leased.

It is listed with Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty in New Hyde Park.

With the new apartment getting ready at the former Masonic Temple where rents are starting around $3,000 per month, more local homeowners are planning to sell their homes in the vicinity of the LIRR for way more than the asking prices to the expansion around the area.

One part of Jericho Turnpike in Bellerose and Queens Village are changing from long timers to new demographics and now comes the Floral Park side.

More apartments are the next new wave within the LIRR approved zone range for both Queens and Long Island to meet the new demand.
