Shot the arms is a hard sell by the mayor and governor in NY

Forget crimes, bike lanes, unemployment and whatever. It's all about vaxxing all. Despite promotions with infomercials on TV by the governor of NY and mayor of NYC, vaxxing is becoming a tough sell. Maybe they are not equipped to sell but only talk and no action. People that still don't want to get vaccinated, for whatever reason but both mayor and governor refuse to stop their infomercials on TV. Some people want to wait a few months to see how vaccinated friends and family respond to the shots. Some have heard unfounded conspiracy theories that the vaccine is dangerous. Others just feel no urgency, having escaped serious harm so far. The mayor added tickets to the NY Knicks via lottery system for those vaxxed today. The governor is off today from TV due to unknown reasons. NY is far from opening compared to the rest of the states.
