Shooting investigation to train delays on Long Island

The NYPD and SCPD are at the local train station in Huntington reporting a male shot. This is at the LIRR location in Suffolk County. EMS is working to transport the male, 30, shot to a local hospital.

Police are now searching for the suspect who took off on foot.

Police say the incident started in Jamaica where a dispute broke out and calls came in for NYPD but the train took and had more calls from passengers until the shooting took place having people run for cover in the area.

As of now, trains are delayed in both directions.

So far no arrests.
