Shooting and budget update in NYC

Bullets went to 12 victims in NYC after 8 shootings reported yesterday, an increase from Monday. With a 98.7% budget in NYC, this is for NYPD. $225 million with no new hirees and vehicles. For overtime, $166 million. Another $12 million for police reform and $47 million for technology. For non-profits, $44 million will be alloted to cure violence committed by criminals. For at risk kids, $24 million for summer jobs starting pay range from $10 to $15. Job counseling, healthcare and housing for incarcerated for $57 million. For jails to jobs, $6.6 million. For counselors to help jails to mentorship will be $5 million. For victims of violence, $6 million for counseling. Another $6 million for the high crime crisis in the Bronx. With the listed budget, the city will hire personnel with no guaranteed results but ongoing. Will it work while bullets are flying every night in NYC? On the bright side, almost all looters, property damagers, and assaulting police personnel during last year's protest to boost election have their cases dismissed. In the meanwhile, the Manhattan DA is busy going after Trump again and the budget so far is $65 million.
