Second update of the Garden City fatality

The NCPD announced one person in custody for DWI. This is from the fatal vehicular accident yesterday around 4pm in Garden City. Police stated the tow truck driver has been charged with slew of charges beside the DWI. According to police, the tow truck driver hit a red SUV and then spinned to hit a white van.

The driver of the white van died at the scene. The driver of the SUV and a passenger were treated for injuries.

The investigation continues.
