Schumer is demanding 100 million in emergency funding to fight Mexican heroin trade in NYC

On Monday, the Senator stated a pipeline has formed from Mexico to NYC and beyond Staten Island, Vermont and Boston and urging his Senate colleagues to provide $100 million in extra federal anti-drug trafficking dollars.
